Scope of Services
Each engagement is defined by a written proposal covering deliverables, milestones, timelines and pricing. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, credentials and approvals. Delays in these may shift agreed delivery dates.
Payments
Projects typically begin with an advance payment, with the balance billed against milestones. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
Intellectual Property
On full payment, ownership of custom source code and design assets created for the project transfers to the client. Third-party libraries remain under their own licences.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
