Refund Policy
We aim to be fully transparent about when refunds apply to work carried out by Haphya Solutions.
Pre-Development Phase
If you cancel before development begins, the advance is refundable minus any discovery, consulting or design work already completed.
Active Development Phase
Once development is underway, refunds are calculated on the portion of milestones not yet started. Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
Post-Delivery
After final delivery and approval, payments are non-refundable. Defects reported within the agreed warranty period are fixed at no additional cost.
Requesting a Refund
Send your request with the project reference to info.haphyahub@gmail.com. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
